EXTRAS WANTED TACOMA WA
On March 25th 2018 you can be part of local independent movie history. We are filming the biggest scene for the movie "Mercy's House."
Were looking for 40 to 60 extras for the film in a big old courthouse in downtown Tacoma on March 25th (Sunday) 2018. This is a paid gig, arrival time 930, probably 2 to 6 hours.
You will make up the courthouse audience as well as the jury, and there is some acting involved. You may be asked to look shocked, disagreeable as well as "focused" on the court house proceedings.
If you are interested in being part of the film there are three simple steps.
Please click on the Download extra/actor form link on left side of page. Print, and fill it out then bring with you to the shoot. This is a paid gig and we will need this form to pay you.
Go over to our facebook group events page and sign up that you are Going. This is important. We need to know who and how many people are coming.

and finally...
Dress up (following the dress code) and come to the event, listen to your wonderful director, be in the movie, make local film history, and get paid shortly thereafter.

DRESS CODE:
This film takes place in a small town, not unlike Tacoma. I need all extras to wear clothing that might be appropriate for a courtroom. No heavily patterned clothing and no novelty t shirts. (these are distracting) Also, no pure whites. Off whites and cream colors are ok. Recommended clothing, casual dress, slacks, dress shirts, sweaters, dresses. Think: If you were going to a "small town", but important trial how would you dress? Note: You may bring an extra jacket that differs in color from the first one.

Mercy's House is a psychological/fantasy/horror movie.
Mercy's house concerns the story of a young woman hooked on drugs and in trouble with the law. In a last ditch rehab effort she is put in the care of a Dr. who believes that fear is stronger than addiction.
Her experiences take her addled mind beyond the jump scares provided by the Dr, but further down the dark road of the psyche.
